Shipping

We only ship U.S. FDA/EPA approved products.

Shipping is provided at a flat fee per-order rate. For ground shipping the cost is only $5.95 per order regardless of the number of items! Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available at an extra $3.00 per order. All of our products are sold at discounted prices. Free regular shipping for orders over $100! Overnight shipping is available for $34.95 for all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Most overnight orders will ship via FEDEX. There is no weekend delivery, so orders shipped Friday overnight will arrive Monday. There are size limits for overnight orders. If you have selected overnight shipping and your order is too large, your order will be shipped Priority instead and the overnight fee will not be charged. The cut off time for these orders to be shipped on the same day they are placed is 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST). Any order placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available. If this is the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be credited to you before shipping.

ORM-D some of our items are required to ship via the ground by our mail carriers. These items are marked with the ORM-D blue logo.

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to HeatlhyPets and mailed prior to shipment (our mailing address is on the Info page).

International Orders: We ship via Express Mail. For most orders, shipping is approximately $36.50. Shipping is automatically calculated when you enter your address information. Certain international shipments may require extra shipping cost due to weight or country location. If this is required, your order will be held until we can advise you of extra charges.

Returns may be made within 4 weeks of purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned. A refund or exchange will be given upon return of items. Please call us to obtain return authorization before returning any product. We recommend sending returns to us in a secure box and by UPS or insured receipt for your protection. No returns can be made on costumes after October 31st.

Cancelled orders: We do not bill customers for their order until after the products have shipped. Therefore, a cancellation request for an order can be made if it has not shipped. If the request is made after the order was shipped, the return procedures will need to be followed upon receipt of the merchandise by the customer. We generally ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed. Once the merchandise is returned to our company, we will issue a refund.

Vaccine Orders: A vaccine shipping charge of $29.95 is charged for all orders containing vaccines. This is a flat rate fee regardless of the number of vaccines or other items you purchase along with your vaccines! Someone should be present to sign for and receive the vaccine order when it ships to you. We cannot be responsible for vaccine orders that are delayed because no one is present at the time it is delivered. All vaccines ships overnight.
