Shipping
Shipping is provided at a flat fee per-order rate. For ground shipping the cost is only $5.95 per order regardless of the number of items! Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available at an extra $3.00 per order. All of our products are sold at discounted prices. Free ground shipping for orders over $100!
International Orders
We ship via Express Mail. For most orders, shipping is
approximately $37.50.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express, or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should
be made payable to NaturalPets.com and must be mailed to the below address prior to shipment.
Returns may be made within 4 weeks of purchase. Any newly
packaged, unopened product may be returned. A full refund will be given upon return of items. We recommend sending
returns to us by UPS or insured receipt for your protection.

All credit card transactions are completely secured. We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
We have an established Privacy Policy which governs how we handle all data that we receive.
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
